PUll Down menus

I can't access the pull down menus (Search/Help/My Account ect.)

I am trying to find what might be disabled on my side to fix but the browser stuff isn't the part I'm best at on the computer.

Anyhelp of where to look/what to fix would be appreciated.

You might start with your JavaScript settings. I tried switching JavaScript off just now and the pulldown menus quit working. Turned it back on and they were back again.
