Is anyone on the creative staff Asian? Why is this not cultural appropriation?

1) Sara Shijo isn't on my creative staff, but she's one of the principal artists and has been since the first Mists of Akuma book (and has worked on several of my books).

2) Mists of Akuma is as much about Japan as the World of Grayhawk is about Europe.

3) The core narrative in the world's history is about a country getting occupied and stripmined by foreigners that ultimately get overthrown shortly after they've destroyed their homelands and is, in essence, a big f#$%-you to colonialism (specifically Ceramians, my incredibly clever wordplay for Americans).

Thank you for looking out!
