Just noticed that the Q-Ship download is no longer available. Can someone let me know why?

I just want to make sure it's for some technical reason outside my control, and not due to a problem with the content (which I doubt, since it's all been on the 'boards already) or the file itself (which there shouldn't be, but you never know).
