Question about a link and a follow-on questions.

I might be overly cautious here but is it expected that questions regarding the '4.0 D&D' (http://www.silven.com/adnd.asp?case=show&id=199) link be followed up on the silven boards or can we post questions regarding Mr. Ferguson's article here on the ENWorld boards?

Given some of the statements in the article it seems that it could easilly and quickly swerve into verboten territory even though my question is strictly about the OGL.

later,
Ysgarran.

Wow, that article has some logic problems with it; the author should go back and read some of Ryan Dancey's articles on smart business models.

Anyways, I'm not sure why you'd want to discuss it here instead of there, especially if you want author feedback - but feel free. I don't see any intrinsic problems with the discussion. We don't want to nix industry-related threads just because they have the potential for turning controversial. That'd be boring!

It gets down to the fact that I'm much more interested in the opinions here on ENWorld than elsewhere. You spend a couple of years reading people's posts and you start to get a sense of respect and interest in what those people have to say.

thanks,
Ysgarran.
