One of the female characters on my campaign(an Eladrin) got herself impregnated by the Father of Thunder. In the adventure, Riffian form the Wild Hunt have captured some horses that are nearly adult after one month. I was wondering if intelligent creatures should also madurate a lot faster if sired by the Father of Thunder or should they age as the mother race?

This is apparently a thing PCs do: get impregnated by a bellowing thunder beast. It happened in a game of mine too.
Um, ok. If you don't want it to disrupt things, assume it only speeds up growth of animals, not people, and at the very least the fast growth only starts after they're born; the mom needs the normal time to handle a pregnancy.
