[W] is strictly your weapon die, but because it involves a die it becomes a "damage roll" with the weapon the [W] represents, and thus after rolling however many [W]-dice the power specifies, you add enhancement, feat, Sneak Attack, etc. to the total. Any time you deal damage that isn't rolled, you don't add effects that add to "damage rolls" such as enhancement damage.A side note is that the "brutal" property is considered to be a trait of the [W] itself, and so all [W] rolls (and only [W] rolls) are brutal. If you have a High Crit weapon, the High Crit dice are also brutal because they're [W]s.</blockquote>
