Ok, here's my question. On page 30-31 they have the Honor Points sidebar, which gives rules on how to use Honor Points. Like the rules alot. Unfortunately, under Courtesy, it's left a bit hazy.
See, it tells you how you can LOSE Courtesy Points, but it doesn't tell you how you can GAIN Courtesy Points. I know in another section of the article it has skills which can gain or lose you Honor Points depending on success or failure, so did I just miss something? Because I can't find a way to increase your Courtesy Points ANYWHERE! Appreciate the help.
