Question about E-Publishing and Game Designers

Grumpy Guy

First Post
Heya. I'm new here, so go easy on me...

I have no idea if this has been asked before - I did a search, and (as usual) the results were long, confusing, and fruitless (I'm really no good at internet searches. Somehow, everything I've ever Googled has turned up pr0n... )

In any case, my question is this:
Are there any e-publishers who are looking for submissions, or writers/game designers?

You see, I have material - material for days, so to speak - but I have little desire to start up my own company, even an internet-based e-publishing house. I have little buisness sense (some, but not much), but I am (all modesty tossed aside, thrown out with the baby and the bathwater) an excellent writer, and experience leads me to believe that my game design skills are at least good.

So, if there are said publications that accept unsolicited material, where can I find them, and how can I talk to/initiate contact with them?

If there aren't any that accept unsolicited submissions, I can deal with that I suppose. You'll find me here, posting again, looking for advice in starting my own company.

-sigh-

EDIT: Sorry, spotted an "adn" in the title, and I had to return it to it's non-mutant "and" status...

12 to Midnight accepts a limited number of submissions for modern horror adventures. Our writers guidelines are being revised and enhanced, but the existing guidelines get the job done. The guidelines are "sticky'd" on our forums under the "website" topic.

Ronin Arts is always in search of quality authors. We pay the author a percentage of sales and all copyright ownership to the work remains with the author. Contact me at philip@philipjreed.com to discuss details.

Thank you both for your prompt responses.
