However, d20 STL is now rescinded.2) Does a non-DM's Guild 5e publisher have to include the OGL in their product? My guess is yes because they are using terms like STR, CON, etc. that are only in the public domain as a result of the D20 SRD.3) How does one reference under the OGL? Should one contain a reference for every work that has been referenced (as in academia)?</blockquote>
