Question about vile feats

Are the vile feats in Book of Vile Darkness the only ones Wizards have made so far? If vile feats have appeared in Dragon could someone tell me which issues? Btw, how does the vile feat Verminfriend work? Does the DM (or the player) roll the Charisma check as a non-action for every vermin that attacks, or do you have to take a standard action to make the check? And if the check is successful, can you attack the vermin without breaking the protection?

Issue 300 of Dragon was the one in which the theme was the Book of Vile Darkness. I can't recall if there were any feats. I know there were spells and prestige classes.

I just paged through my copy of Dragon #300 and didn't see any feats at all. I'm pretty sure BoVD is the only place so far that has vile feats.
