I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, so if it belongs elsewhere, I'm sure the mods will move it.
In the Ghostwalk Campaign Setting ( which apparently didn't turn out to be the wildly popular location I thought it would ), there is mention of entering a "contract" with a ghost, who yearns to experience the adventuring life again. In this contract, you can agree to just about anything, including letting said ghost just "possess" you, but go along for the ride only. No controlling you, no communicating with you, etc. For this privelege of "going along for the ride" and experiencing everything you do, a price may be worked out to which you are paid for being the host.
My question is, what would be a reasonable rate for an adventurer to charge a ghost to "tag along", as it were?
Has anyone used this campaign setting, or thought about this particular question? There seems to be no mention in the GCS for what a reasonable rate might be.
Any thoughts?
Zeph
