Tragedy? Ill show you Tragedy! Picture this ... A friend and myself join this one guys game playing Rakastans (bipedal cat creatures). Arianna and Brandon LeCroix. Arianna was being escorted to the capital city for protection as she was serving a god name Aerik. He was the god of Justice and Law. Brandon thought religion was just a bunch of lies. I mean, as he said,: "Oooo im a god. Ill just lie and say im the god of rabbits and fluffy bunnies and get you to worship me. In reality im some evil brain sucking evil demon beast and you're just giving me power. Pfffft, ill become a god and show them all." And that was Brandons goal and thoughts. Gods were just ascended Wizards. But he had an advantage. He was a sorcerer. It was in his blood. Time and games passed with Brandon and Arianna nagging each other as only brother and sister do until a fateful moment. Brandon had become quite sick and started gaining scarlet cover fur. Arianna was beginning to dabble in Necromancy to discover what was wrong with her brother. He wouldnt give her any blood to experiment with and the situation stopped. For a while. Because at that same time, Arianna's church had turned their back on her for dabbling in Necromancy. Evil magicks for a good cause. And she started loosing her faith. Rapidly. Brandon got better and did his best to lie to Arianna about how it will be ok and another god will find her in her time of need and not forsake her. Wheres the villian you ask? The Faithless Cleric or her brother? Both actually. You see, they got trapped on another plane where they found out was actually the real world with Brandon leading an underground troop called the Gods Hand. And Arianna, after loosing herfaith, destroyed all the temple in the realm and became an embittered Cleric of Destruction beleiving in all the lies Brandon fed her. Both Brandon and Arianna vowed not to let this happen so he lied to his sister and the other members about knowing a way out of the Plane and he did. It drained everyone to 1st level and Brandon? He became a God. The God of Lies, Deceit and Trickery. His alignment? CN. As all cats are.
