Question for you DND and Star Wars players?

I have never been a fan of the Rogue's sneak attack as a player or DM. I always thought it should have other abilities such as Rogue's Luck (reroll a failed roll useable a few times per day) and bonus feats (Alertness, a few weapon feats such as weapon focus and weapon finesse, Skill focus, etc.) in a manner similar to a fighter's bonus feats, but tailored to the Rogue class.

Recently, I found the Star Wars revised Scoundral class on the wizards website. This seems very close to what I envisioned Rogue's to be. It has Luck, bonus feats and skill emphasis (the latter is gained seperately from bonus feats).

I was wondering how balanced the Rogue class would be if I replaced the DND Rogue abilities with that of the Scoundral with the following changes/additions:

Level 1) Luck 1/day (from 2nd level) instead of illicit barter
Level 2) Evasion as per Rogue
Level 3,6) add Uncanny Dodge as per Rogue
Change Precise Strike to work as sneak attack (only damage, no hit bonus)
+1d6 at 3rd Level
+2d6 at 9th level
+3d6 at 14th level
