But you *could* potentially breed an awakened animal with a celestial and get a half-celestial awakened animal offspring, provided (1) your DM decided offspring of an awakened animal are awakened as well, and (2) your DM decided half-celestials are the offspring of celestials and mortals. Ditto for half-dragons.
