But they've also branched out considerably beyond d20 so they don't have the impetus to follow D&D as much as Goodman and Necromancer might.* At this point, unless you can get a product out quick, it's probably a smart move to just sign the NDA, see the GSL, and then save $5000 by waiting 2 months to see the rules. At the very least you'll know the terms of the license before everyone else and have more time to plan for 2009.</blockquote>
