Question on prestige

I think the Invisible Blade from CW may fit your bill, but IDHMBWM and I last looked at it a long time ago, so I'm not positive.

No.

If you make one, I suggest giving it full spell progression as well, and a bonus feat at 1st level and every even-numbered level as well. Also, have the class grant you proficiency with all simple and martial weapons, as well as the Spiked Chain, and proficiency with all armor. It should also give you the ability to Still your spells without any increase in casting time or spell level, so that your armor doesn't interfere with spellcasting. Heck, while you're at it, have it give you your Wisdom bonus to AC, as well as your Charisma, Strength, and Constitution bonuses as well. This class would, of course, have 8 + Intelligence modifier skill points per level, a d12 hit die, all good saves, and BAB like a Fighter. And Flurry of Blows.

Invisible blade does, but you only get int bonus if you're not wearing armor, and you only get sneak attack if you're using a dagger, punching dagger, or kukri.

Yes, the duelist gets 'precise strike' which grants him extra damage dice when using a light, one-handed weapon. However, it only goes up twice, eventually doing +2d6 at 10th level IIRC.

Don't forget Divine Grace, Evasion, and Mettle. :p

Very few PrC's (at least in WoTC publications) grant full sneak attack progression without limiting weapon selection. Assassin and Arcane Trickster are the only two that come to mind. Neither of those grant Int bonus to AC.

The Invisible Blade is a 5-level class that grants sneak attack with dagger only at the odd levels, and you gain an AC bonus equal to LESSER of: I.B. class level, Int bonus. The PrC having only 5 levels appears to be one of its larger limitations.

The nice thing about Duelist is that you don't have to set up to do that extra damage, and he gets it on every attack (unlike the Order of Bow Initiate 3.5's Ranged Precision). I think a Rogue/Duelist is a decent combo if you're looking for a rogue who can fight.

Not a PrC, and not exactly Int Bonus to AC, but the Ninja (Rokugan) might be interesting nonetheless. He gets "Ninja Dodge" which is like dodge, except you get it several times. He gets Int to Initiative, Con to his speed (+5 ft per point of Con bonus), and full Sneak Attack (and full BAB). The class could be problematic outside Rokugan, where it has the disadvantage to be outraged (the empire finds out you're a ninja? You're dead!).

There's also feats that grant Sneak Attack, +1d6 per Feat.

That's full sneak attack progression. There's a 10-level Invisible Blade thing floating around somewhere online, I think it's supposed to have been an early version of the 5-level CW class.
