A few such things were published early on and ALL of them have been errated to get rid of that capability, its just too good. There are some that still exist but they only become available at the highest levels, usually through certain epic destinies. There are ways to optimize Magic Missile (somewhat). You can get a Master's Wand, and there are a couple other things that will make it a bit stronger power. Overall though its a fairly weak at-will. If you want to pick up on existing optimization knowledge, you'd probably want to go check out the WotC forums (charop forum) and class build guides on their wiki. If there are ways to do what you want or other schemes that will do stuff you may want to try out that will be the place to find it.</blockquote>
