Nope, you don't even have to me a regular member. Are you having a problem with it?

Yup, problems.

It goes to the section where you can choose the catogory to download from, then if I click "upload your download" it opens a new window that only says ( apart from side bars) and I quote:

Not authorised to add downloads

I haven't been able to find a problem, and haven't heard of any other cases. Hopefully, it's just an isolated error.
