First off my questions here come from my need to beef up a young black dragon and his lizardfolk minions.
Basically for the black dragon I want to use the shadow template from manual of the planes, but I don't know if it will be better to use and convert it to pathfinder or to use this pathfinder template by redcaps corner.

For the lizardfolk I wanted to add some variety to them by giving them elemental powers and I was wondering if there was a half elemental template made by paizo for pathfinder or will I have to convert the one from the manual of the planes page 188 from 3.5?
