Quick add to Ignore list

I notice one can no longer click on a name in a thread to add that person to your ignore list.

It would be nice to have this feature back if possible - thanks!

A) Click user's name -> View Public Profile -> User Lists -> Add to Ignore List

B) My Account -> Edit Ignore List
