Quick Question - Starting gp for an 8th Level PC?

Hi Everyone,

Woul like to know the starting gp for an 8th level character out of the DMG.
Unfortunately, I don't have my DMG at work today. Can any possibly help?

DMG, p. 135: Table 5-1: 8th ..... 27,000 gp = PC
DMG, p. 127: Table 4-23: 8th ..... 9,400 gp = NPC
