Quick Question: Who's in charge?

I was going through the 4E links up top and I couldn't find any real indication of who was "in charge" of 4E's design and development, versus who was just a designer. Do we know who is "lead designer" or developer? Do we know what individuals are writing?

Mostly just curious.

Bill Slavicsek sits higher up in the food chain (R&D Director), but he lords over more than just D&D (Star Wars, Publishing, etc.). I don't get the impression that he's actually involved in any of the real work (Des or Dev) behind the new edition.

While it may have shifted, Rob Heinsoo was the lead designer as of GenCon.
