Quick Questions About Haste

Our fighter is ALREADY the death machine. With Haste (too soon this will be the case a lot heh) Haste = Partial Charge with Power Attack of -8/+8 against Weiny looking guy... OOH! I do 23 damage! Cleave into tougher looking guy... HIT! Sweet! Now full attack against hurt big guy! Sweet!

Other classes benefit from Haste, people seem to only think of mages.

So, do you get the extra partial action IN THE SAME ROUND that you cast Haste, or only in the next and succeeding rounds?
