Race and Spirit Problems

Race:
I am New here But I want to know.
A friend of mine wanted to make another class But he's confused and so am I.
Is it Possible to make new class thats Elf/Angel Subtype AKA(Averial).
With abilites from both Angel And Elfs.
I came across the class awhile ago on gooogle.

Spirit:
I wanted to know Is it possible for someone to make a Ghost Temple in thier D&D World then have a:
1.Demon
or
2.Werewolf
or
3.Great Wolf (A Giant White Wolf (The size of a House) with supernatural abilites.)(Custom monster of course.)
Spirit Trapt in the Temple.
But once the temple walls are read the spirit is trapt in the character that spoke the walls wprds.
And the Character if they could control it Gained it's abilites to Transform and it's power.
Of course if a weak Character Reads it the spirit could kill them (AKA Die with no save throws).

The character then is a werewolf forever if the D&D Dungeoun Master trapts a Werewolf spirit in the temple.(No matter what happens.)

But If he does the Great Wolf spirit the Character can have Full control over the spirit and transform into the Great Wolf's Original form or a common Wolf.(If allowed by their stats)

The Demon Spirit can gain full control of the character if given a chance thuse making the character go insane.

Sure. All you'd need to do is add the Half-Celestial template to your Elf and combine the abilities. I'm not sure where it is in the 3.5 MM, but you can find a description here:

Just keep in mind that Half-Celestials are much stronger than regular characters. I never use level adjustment, but you might, if you care about things like "balance" and "party level". Feh, I say.
