I seem to remember seeing something about a mathematical way to compare races or classes by assigning number values to various abilities and adding them up. Am I crazy or is this type of thing out there?
I'm trying to design a whole new set of races for a new campaign and would like some extra input on the issues of balance. And I'd like to have something easily quantifiable. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and knows where to find it, a link would be greatly appreciated.
