Race construction?

For a side-campaign I'm going to be in, we're all playing gods and we all get to design a race that we've created. I was wondering if anyone could give me a link for a race construction thingie? Thanks in advance! And if you don't help me, then

Its Star wars d20 based, but it might be useful as it allows building your own races for that world.

Well, it's not a construction engine per se but Soldarin's ECL calculator is a pretty thoroughly tested system for assigning ECL to creatures. So together with a MM for selecting abilities, it could do the trick. You can find it at http://www.webspawner.com/users/soldarin/index.html.

OOH! I know! There's this thing, its cool, it got like 4 lobes, and they all serve different functions! It has a tendency to make unbalanced races, but it'll tell you if the race is too weak or strong. What was that called again... oh yeah, A BRAIN. Seriously though, nothings better than your own imagination and judgement for creating races.
