Actually, perhaps I have forgotten, but doesn't Amazon only charge you when the goods are actually shipped? IF so, why would you need a refund? I have had problems with Amazon not being able to send me products (rarely,but it happens), but I got emails informing me of delays and finally of the inavailablity of the item (over a long period of time, admittedly). In those cases where Amazon canceled the order due to product inavailability, I was never charged, or refunded.
