Yes and thats whats so bloody scary - imagine what that kind of weapon would be like on the streets!

Reminds me a little of that Schwarzenegger flick Eraser, where the railguns are blowing buildings all to hell.

Mmmh... Such a weapon could kill a person seven times with the same shot. Well, not sure this is worse than being killed only once though... :\
