Random NPC's with NPC classes

Am I missing something? Using E-Tools, is there a way to create random NPC's that have npc classes? This would help for developing a town.

Jamis Buck's NPC Generator is rather nice.

Sorry, I wasn't clearer. I meant could this be done in E-Tools.

It seems like it should be possible to implement. I see the pieces of it (human characters levels 1-20 under Core/Characters) but am not sure where to go from here. Maybe we'd have to build characters levels 1-20 (say Warrior lv 1 through Warrior level 20), name them right (Human, Warrior, Level 1.chr etc.), dump them into the right folder -- but would that be enough? What makes a class appear on the list of classes in the Character Generator?
