Ranger Multi class into monk...

For purely min maxing experimentation, can a ranger multi-class (not hybrid) into monk and get a flurry of blows power in the paragon tier?

You can get it in heroic by selecting the (only) multiclass monk feat "Monastic Disciple", but it's an encounter power. I don't think there is any way to get it as an at-will at the moment without making an hybrid.

That's what I thought, that would be a bit OP to have 2 striker bonuses, even at the cost of a paragon path.
