There are pre-made characters available and a way to make custom characters, even if you don't have the full PHB. There are 40+ monsters and some NPCs to pit against those characters. There are two published adventures. If this was not enough to play, people would not be playing, they would be sitting around waiting for that missing thing required to play. Possibly you meant that it wasn't enough to create your own adventures. I disagree with this as well. If it wasn't enough, I could not have created my own adventure.  Possibly you meant that it wasn't enough for you to run the game you want to run the way you want to run it. To this, I would say whatever it is you think you need, create it. Maybe it it won't be exactly the way WOTC would do it, but it will be good enough until it is designed by WOTC. I do not mean by this that your opinion is wrong, only that I disagree.Play on!</blockquote>
