Our host has now replaced the rundown tin can and fan belt that Illodeli was running on before(naughty host!), and we've noticed the site has been up ever since. Of course, the members of Illodeli are on the other side of the pond from our American neighbours, so if anyone notices the site is down we would really appreciate you letting us know via email - <a href="mailto:illodelimail@googlemail.com">illodelimail@googlemail.com</a>  ... we can then whip crack the new donkey and organ playing monkey who are slavishly keeping the server running <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)"  data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" />We are a little different to typical stock art websites. We're just a small group of professional illustrators, some of which a few of you might be aware of. We just sell our own artwork on Illodeli, and we sell it cheaper than we normally would with a typical commission. As illustrators we're constantly drawing and painting when we're not working on commissions, it seems to us a waste to let all that good work go to waste and not offer it to publishers who could make use of it? <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)"  data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" />We believe that the artist should retain the rights to their artwork if selling it on Illodeli. We only sell first rights to any artwork on the site, with minimal changes to the artwork permitted (all info listed in the FAQ on Illodeli.com), but we offer high quality artwork and the ability to see exactly what you're buying.
