(there might be a bit of "we can't have people feeling left out" in there as well, but to me that's a bogus argument; if they didn't want to feel left out of the xp they shouldn't have left themselves out of the action)By the same token, the lone Thief who sneaks in and steals something while the rest of the party waits outside should get the vast majority, if not all, of the xp for that theft.</blockquote>
