Well, now that is has been over two weeks and no reply to the contracts question, I would assume that Rapid POD does not use a contract as other professional companies do. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for printing my sketchbook.

Yes.

At this point, what I can say is that there is going to be alot of changes, personnel, policies, product, so on and so forth.

I will be issuing an official press release as soon as I am able.

I'm sure no one will be surprised to hear this company went out of business not long after the final post here. I used to work at Rapid POD, much to my chagrin. He had just a few people working there, would promise the moon and stars to clients, not tell us peons about orders until the last minute, then we would hear him on the phone with clients putting all the blame on the workers. Paychecks bounced regularly, and any profits he got were spent on porn, fast food, and online gambling. He sold the company to Bethane Ditto and her daughter, who were no better at running it than he was. Likely, they learned from him but only the wrong things. They tried to rebrand as 'Vixen Printing' and even moved locations, but what he had started in driving the company into the ground, they finished.
