If any enemy enters or starts it's turn in the zone they take lightning damage equal to your Int modifier. (You do not add implement enhancement to the secondary dmg since there is no dmg roll) Enemies can take this damage for every square they enter.</p><p></p><p>I agree winged horde needs a nerf. Either target everything and lower dmg or make it a single target spell. </p><p> </p><p>Ray of Frost needs some love so either make the slow into immobilized or make it slow and can't charge.</p><p> </p><p>Cloud of Daggers should go with either Dex or Con for secondary dmg but you should be able to target 2 people.</p><p> </p><p>The rest of the at wills seem fine.</p><p> </p><p>I like what you did but I would tweak it as such.</p></blockquote><p></p>
