Quick Request.. Don't have my DMG with me, needed to know the ECL for Minotaurs... Thanks for the help.

That I dont' know for sure... but I'd guess either fighter or barbarian.

I'd go with Barbarian. Fighter usually indicates military training or the like. Also, Minotaurs are a little more likely to be Sorcerors than other classes.

The DMG lists it as +8.

I also see it is as ECL +8 (DMG p. 22).

Also, there are a lot of creatures in the core rules (actually, most of them) which simply have no favored class. Minotaur is one of them.
