I didn't touch the various monstrous books at all. I have two maps, various events, and a whole bunch of combat encounters, all prepared with my NPC template. I even switched some stats on the fighters. It looks darn nifty. From start to finish, it took me 3 hours to prepare. If I had decided to do that without my NPC template, it would have taken me at least 6 hours, and I wouldn't have been able to put that much time on maps. I'd say that this will probably last me two gaming evenings. 3 hours prep. time for two gaming evenings. I'm happy.</blockquote>
