The technical info focuses more guerilla fighting and insurgent groups than the military- like Somalia, every chapter has a sources cited section, mostly with a list of websites.Advanced classes are the Combat Journalist, Guerrilla Fighter, Hitman, Political Zealot, and Treasure Hunter. There's about a dozen each of new feats and weapons- none of them overlap with Somalia that I can tell. Many of the new feats are Social feats, using the same system as Somalia did.</blockquote>
