OTH, we're keeping some of the level limitations for two reasons.  1.  To avoid breaking the core system.  (I.E., you can't dump all your points into BAB or hit points), and 2. to make it at least reasonably compatiable with base D20.      For that reason, most abilities are pegged at 2 CP points, and are based around feat and talent chains, rather than some of hte more expensive abilites you find in the anime d20 SRD, and the rank system is discarded.     Again, this is the basic system, and involves a lot of cut and paste-- there may be more fluff, but I also wanted to make certain that there are no critical failures in it as yet.  Also note that I'd prefer to avoid any XP formulas other than the most basic-- some early discussion convinced me that people for some reason get intimidated when you start throwing numbers above one thousand, or worse, formulas around.   If anyone wants to help me with this, I'd be pleased-- I lost my gaming group a hwile back so I'm doing without any gamer input on this.  No idea how much you'd get paid as yet-- at the very least you'd get contributor copies.   Also, since this is for publication, I'm very sensitive about the OGL-- I cannot, even in this thread, refer to anything other than OGC.  Thanks!</blockquote>
