We are currently looking to create a set of staff that is seperate from the RoE Games Writing Staff. We need the following:
Article Writers: You will be required to write for the Stygian e-zine which is published bi-monthly (or will be when we have enough people again). Articles will be themed around the over-all ezine theme (unless we are specifically asked to include a useful article as a regular column) and need to be more than just one page.
Content/Copyright Editors: You need good English for this job, so some sort of editing credentials would be nice. You will also NEED NEED NEED to edit articles and get them back to authors ON TIME.
Game Mechanics Editors: The Stygian is a D20 product and therefore we need people well versed in the D20 rules to make sure all the crunchy bits (material added into the articles) follow those rules to a 'T'. Same thing with the copyright/content editors. You will NEED to edit the articles sent to you and get them back to the author so they can get their final drafts in on time.
Artists: We need artists that will specifically work for the Stygian. This is NOT NOT NOT a paying job, so don't ask for money from us as the Stygian is a FREE publication and we get no money from it! Exposure for artists, however, is good and other jobs can be gotten by catching the eye of a publisher.
Those that are interested need to contact Ariadne (the new HR director and editor of The Stygian) at ssambra@aol.com. Ariadne also has AIM and can be contacted by using the AIM handle Ssambra.
