Reaquanted with Red Dragons

Heres the new red dragon. Is it true a sorcerer can use heal as a 6th level spell? Or is this only special to dragons? That'd give my sorcerer something to smile about alright. Either way it sucks when the dragon has like 5 castings of that

There's already another thread about this here. As for the heal thing, many of the 3.0 dragons could also select spells from the cleric list as well as a few domains as "spells known" - that was in the MM, right below one of the tables for each dragon type.
