On the PDF question - the main problem I find is having to look in a separate place. I don't know about other folks, but it is the CONTENT of a product that is of primary interest, not the format in which it is available (especially now that a lot of publishers release PDF versions of print publications). What is the particular rationale about keeping product separated by FORMAT rather than contents?
