Message: <blockquote data-quote="evildmguy" data-source="post: 5025424" data-attributes="member: 6092">It arrived!But all I have been able to do is pull it out of the box (more later - this was interesting), install Batman and play a bit.  The packaging for it was very interesting.  I think it was half of the shipping weight!  They have a box inside a box and the computer inside that box.  So, it's well protected for shipping!  It has a slick look to it.  I did open it up and while I saw and recognized most things, I am mainly grateful it will be easy to put my 300G sata drive into it with little hassle.  They had a total of four bays for hard drives with only one used.  It also has space for up to two more DVD-ROM devices.  I am tempted to move one of my old ones from the old computer to here, as I only got one drive.  But, I haven't decided what I am going to do with the old system yet.  I loaded up Batman but it didn't work.  However, once I downloaded the patch (and that seemed fast but it could be a nice connection more than the computer as my router hardware didn't change) it ran but then I needed the latest nVidia drivers on it.  That's okay.  It was also a quick download and then I was running Batman.  Batman looks awesome!  I did have one stutter, which surprised me, but otherwise it is playing well.  I have to do graphic settings outside of the game, so haven't seen what it is running at but it's very smooth.  I finished about half the stuff I had done on the other machine before I had to quit.  Lots of fun!  Very smooth and it looks great!  More updates as I try other games!  btw, is DirectX 10 still the latest?  Is it a subset of DX9?  I figured Batman would use DX10 but the files it updated were all with a 9.  Of course, since .NET 3.5 is a subset of .NET 2.0, I wondered if that's what 10 is as well.  Thanks!  edg</blockquote>
