Recovering a L12 Encounter Power ?

What Daily power magic items are there, which can recover an Encounter power of level 12.

Well doesnt have to be a daily but of course I suspect it is.

These days I don't believe there is any item which does that, but there could be something obscure. There are ways to do it, but they don't involve items.

What's the need? If there isn't a suitable item in the Compendium and it's important to your game, just create it.

You'd be correct in assuming they're all Daily powers.

Salve of Power (AV, after errata) allows you to regain an encounter power at the expense of a healing surge as a minor action. 10th level.

Staff of the Magi (DMK), restores an encounter power of staff's level or below as a free action, once per day. Limited to arcane powers. 15th level.

Battlemaster's Weapon (AV), regain an encounter power as a minor action. 14th level.

Cloak of Translocation (AV2), regain an encounter power with the Teleportation keyword as a minor action. 9th level.

(note: my Compendium search was "regain encounter power" which should have captured them all, but may have missed some).

I thought most of the things that allowed encounter power recovery related to encounter attack powers, and if said power was level 12 that would make it a utility (which just happened to be encounter frequency)

Of course, I could be very wrong. Im going off the top of my head here

All of which AFAIK don't allow regaining powers beyond heroic tier level power slots. Not sure about the Staff of the Magi as it doesn't seem to appear in Compendium and I don't have that book. There's precious little way to get back higher level powers (a couple of ways, but none of them are items that I am aware of). I wouldn't be totally shocked if there is one, there's so much stuff out there now it can be pretty hard to keep track of.

That is for sure. Even the compendium sounds unable to keep track of everything.

Eh, I did find Staff of the Magi eventually, lol. In fact it will let you recover an encounter power of up to the level of the staff, so if you have a +6 staff you could get back up to a 25th level encounter power. So that would be the OP's option. One could show up near the start of paragon and allow recovery of up to 15th level encounter powers. Looks like a near artifact level potency item though. I doubt you'll find one easily and you're sure not going to make one without going through some flaming hoops.

Actually, based on the Compendium, the only one of those with a level/tier requisite for the Regain was the Staff of the Magi.

EDIT: And I also confirmed them all in the books (aside from Salve of Power, which was from the errata).
