Tiamat is bound in Kyber with her countless servants, but will one day return. The Red Hand: An alliance of Dhakaani clans breaking away from the in-fighting in the Seawall Mountains. (See the ECS page 154). Azarr Kul has had some difficulties making the conservative mountain hobgoblins accept his odd new religion, but if he can prove his power and leadership ability by conquering human lands and capturing Dennovar more clans are bound to fall into line.</blockquote>
