Reduced magic item pricing

If you want a contrast between the UnderDark and the Sunlit Lands, I suggest that you define RAW prices as surface prices and define UnderDark magic items as x% cheaper than standard because of some mystobabble reason that makes magic cheaper to produce; you could also identify some commodities as being x% more expensive due to shortage. Food would be good, as underground food sources can get a bit monotonous, items made of wood, etc.
