Wizard at-wills, in particular, are crazy-powerful compared to other classes (even more so with later powers), but, if you were to fold their marking(and'punishmen') and extra-damage mechanics and the like into other classes' at-wills, they'd be a lot closer.</p></blockquote><p></p>
