I think it is a wonderful tool (for the amount I paid for it- about $20 US) and I put it to use for the first time this last weekend while running my campaign.The players for the most part seemed to love it. Their first encounter was defending a dwarven clanhold's gate against an onslaught of orcs and a cave troll. I had sound effects for the cave troll, and when the troll made his appearance, and I played the sound effect of him growling... well, let's just say I wish I had taken a picture of their reactions <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)"  data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" /> The tool makes it easy and nice to coordinate your theme music with sound effects. While the group was exploring a cave system, I had an ambient noise of dripping water and cavernous wind going while playing Mother Wendol's Cave from the 13th Warrior. It made for a much enhanced gaming experience, IMO.The software comes with a good selection of sound effects, and between that and Toxic Bag's collection of sound effect CDs (and scouring the net for some free sound files) I've got a pretty decent collection.</blockquote>
