Remember Judges Guild?

If you do, and like them, and have your appetite re-wetted by the Necromancers updating of the Wilderlands, CSIO, Caverns of Thracia, and the upcoming Tegal Manor, then I have interesting news/gossip for you!

Expect two announcements about the future of Judges Guild to be made by Mr. Bledsaw (sp?) and his Judges Guild Teams, yes, plural, teams, at GenCon.

I don't know or understand anymore than that, but keep your eyes and ears open and hopefully we will all love what we see and hear about the future of Judges Guild products.

I remember them. Didn't they release, amongst others, an adventure "Lich(es?)" back in the 80's? IRC, they managed to avoid getting sued by some rather clever footwork.

I think that might have been Mayfair Games, under their "Role Aids" line, but I could be mistaken.

JG actually *did* have a license to create "official" AD&D supplements back in the day (late '70s / very early '80s).

Damn, I wish you could say more!

Any links to places where more information might be gleaned?

D&D and AD&D (as well as Dragonquest, Traveller & Runequest). In fact, they produced the first D&D published setting.

No. I wasn't alive when Judges Guild was first formed (I was probably very young when it was in the it's hey-day).

I am enjoying my Wilderlands boxed set, though.
