Removing slime a full round action/provoke AoO?

Let's say a combatant gets some green slime dripped upon him and wanted to scrape it off...

Is the scraping off of the slime a full round action? Would it provoke AoO's?

I can only find greenslime rules in DMG. At least it does not specify what kind of action need for it and if it will provoke AoO. So I can't give you clear answer. Maybe some underdark related books contain more rules but I don't know.

If I were the DM, I say it is almost the same as someone trying to extinguish flames when caught in fire. In PHB P.141 "Extinguish flames" is listed as a full-round action which does not provoke AoO.

Why would anyone want to scrap me off them?!?

I think at the very least they should have to make a Will save DC136 to even want to scrap me off.

I never provoke AoO's. That's just plain hazardous.
